Ingredients:zucchini, eggplants, potatoes,
1 kilo minced meat
1 cup oil
1 glass red wine
1-2 spoonfuls tomato paste
1 cup shredded cheese
salt, pepper, toast crumbs, cinnamon
Directions:We saute the onion with oil and minced meat, smother with the wine, add the tomato sauce diluted with some water and let it cook. In the end we stir in the eggs, cheese and toast crumbs. We fry the zucchini, eggplants and potatoes - all of them in flat slices cut sideways.
