Award-winning and well-recognized chef Sarantis Boutsikos was born in the Greek Home Country. Growing up, he was trained and has worked side by side with master chefs of Galaxidi, Delphi, Mykonos, and Athens. He traveled to New York In 1980, where he catered to elite events and clientele. South Florida is very lucky to now have Sarantis here, but the patrons of My Big Fat Greek Restaurant benefit most from his presence.
